Two control panel options are available to suit the needs of any kitchen. Control panels are interchangeable for simple upgrades and quick service.
Each panel can be used with the Marathoner Gold convection ovens or with the SilverStar convection ovens.
Panels can be ordered with the oven, or can be purchased separately for field upgrades*.

SC Standard Controls
Features include:
1400F to 5000F solid state thermostat
60 minute electrical cook timer
CCH Cycle/Cook & Hold
The cook and hold controls on this panel are ideal for general use and meats. Fan cycling pulses the fan, which is ideal for delicate baked goods. Features include:
1400F to 5000F temperature controller
1400F to 2000F "Hold" thermostat
12 hour digital timer
