Stack a Counter Steamer on a Convection Oven

Combine the advantages of the R-2 RapidSteam or SimpleSteam Steamers with Marathoner Gold or Silver Star Convection Ovens available in full and half-size configurations.

The oven is furnished with a Stainless Steel Marine Edge Top for easy cleaning and moisture containment. The Steamer is mounted with an insulating pad to prevent heat transfer. The water, drain, and power lines are mounted for a clean and simple installation.

Convection Oven is available with four Control Panel Options. Ovens can be stacked with
a Single or Double EZ-3, EZ-5 or R2 Counter Steamer or Stacked with a Single STRE-3, STRE-5, STRE-3EZ or STRE-5EZ StratoSteam.

The EZ-3, EZ-5, STRE-3EZ and STRE-5EZ are ENERGY STAR^® Qualified.
