Sectional match fryers are available in 45 lb. and 65 lb. capacity models and battery with a drain cabinet or filter cabinet. A stainless steel pot is standard, and the tube-type pot allows more efficient heat distribution. Wide spacing between tubes permits easy access for cleaning. The optional fryer filter can be pre-piped with up to three fryers. Oil is drained from one fryer at a time into the filter pan and is pumped back into the fry pots by means of a hand held wand. The optional fryer drain cabinet is a convenient place to drain fried foods. A handy lift-out screen and grease drawer simplifies cleaning. The cabinet base comes standard with door and pan slides. All sectional units must have 24" flue risers. These must be ordered with the original equipment order. |
