The top of the range is a circular ring heat top. Heat is produced by a center positioned ring burner.  This model reaches 1100˚F in the center and 550˚F on the corners at the high setting.

This range of temperatures offers the flexibility of doing saute work in the center and long term simmer cooking on the perimeter. Because of the heavy ringed casting and high BTU burner, this is the most energy efficient hot top in the industry.

This top is available with a standard oven, convection oven, or cabinet base, refrigerated or freezer base or as a countertop unit.

All sectional units must have flue risers or shelving. These must be ordered with the original equipment order.
