Combinations with Open Tops, griddles , charbroilers and uniform heat tops are also available.

All Open Top units are available as a modular, or with a standard oven, convection oven, cabinet, or a refrigerated base.

All sectional units must have flue risers or shelving. These must be ordered with the original equipment order
