Braising Pans
A braising pan is like a griddle with high sides and a cover. This versatile unit can roast, fry, braise, boil, simmer, thaw, saute grill, warm, steam, proof, hold, and serve practically any menu item.

All models include tilting mechanisms to simplify removal of liquid. Braising pans reduce preparation time, saves energy and increase batch consistency.

Ideal for commercial & institutional operations of all sizes. Southbend offers gas fired and electric version in both manual tilt or electric tilt. Our braising pans can come on a stand base, cabinet base, pedestal base, can be wall mounted or counter top mounted.
