The StratoSteam steamer is the FIRST Configurable Boiler-less Steamer. It
is available in both gas and electric models.
With a Patented Convection Steam Distribution System, the
StratoSteam begins producing steam in less than 5 minutes from a cold
start-up. The quick pre-heat, speeds cooking times, allowing for more
product to be cooked. Along with the splash proof side mounted controls,
the StratoSteam requires NO fan or blower and has a boiler-less design, meaning
NO routine de-liming and LOW maintenance.
Stacking Options
StratoSteam steamers can be stacked on an optional cabinet base, stacked on
another StratoSteam or even stacked on a convection oven for kitchens with
limited space.
